Grief Recovery Method 7-10 Week One-on-One Sessions
Grief Recovery sessions provide a safe environment for you to look at how you learned to deal or not deal with loss, which losses have affected your life, and learn the action steps necessary to complete relationships and address the unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain.
Grief Recovery Method 8-Week Group Classes
It’s an action-based group that involves reading and writing assignments. It’s not a drop-in group. It takes an 8-week commitment to the process and the group itself.
The total price for the 8-week class including materials is $250. Insurance is not accepted for group classes.
Therapy for other problems such as depression and anxiety is offered as well. Cognitive behavioral therapy is the form of treatment utilized for said issues. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that treats problems and boosts happiness by modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. CBT aims to identify harmful thoughts, assess whether they are an accurate depiction of reality, and, if they are not, employ strategies to challenge and overcome them. Session can be preformed individually or in a marriage/family session.
